1. moved an electrical outlet which required him to cut a hole in the wall
2. fixed the hole in the wall
3. peeled off a really old wallpaper border that had about 10 layers of paint and texture over it
4. re-textured the wall where the wallpaper was
5. painted the entire room
6. measured and cut trim for a chair rail
7. installed the chair rail
So, below are pictures of his work. We will start putting all the furniture together and decorating the room over the course of the next couple weeks. Our goal is to get it all done before the Spring so that Dave can focus his attention on things that need to be done to the outside of the house (yard, paint, etc). I am so proud of my handyman of a husband! He's worked really hard!

It looks so good. I cannot wait to see the finished product! It makes things so much more real doesn't it???
I love the colors!!! It looks great!
Well done Dave. If Lockheed starts getting old we'll let you head up the Forth Worth A to Z Handyman branch.
