Dave visits the orthpaedist

Last week, Dave went to see a specialist for his knee. He has been having some knee pain since October when he got fouled during a soccer game. Since he's fortunate to be married to a Physical Therapist :), I have been able to help him with some rehab in the past several months. My diagnosis has been hamstring tendinitis. Dave wanted to see the specialist to make sure we were on the right track and if maybe something else was going on other than the tendinitis. Fortunately, the doctor concurred that the hamstring tendon is the culprit and no other measures are needed except rehab and time. Unfortunately, he said the time element could be up to a year for hamstring tendinitis. The picture below is Dave wearing some very fashionable "shorts" that the doctor's office provided so the doctor could get a good look at his knee. Isn't he darling?
